It is the aim of the school to provide training to small groups of students and to follow and monitor their progress carefully.

Learning programmes are outcomes based ie skills are practiced and applied in a way that simulates a working environment and are designed to include theoretical and practical components.

Outcomes based learning is aimed at developing and implementing occupational standards in the health and beauty industry.

Students are taught in units/modules and are continually assessed. To qualify, students must display their competence in all areas of training in order to demonstrate their occupational competence.

Port Elizabeth

1st Year:
International Diplomas (Higher Education on NQF Level 5):
CIBTAC Diploma in Aesthetic Treatments 
Consisting of: 
- Skin Treatments
- Facial Electrical Treatments
- Make-Up
- Waxing
- Manicures and Pedicures

ITEC Diploma for Beauty Specialists
Consisting of: 
- Professional Conduct and Business 
  Awareness
- Skincare and Eye Treatments
- Manicures and Pedicures
- Waxing
- Make-Up
ITEC Diploma in Facial Electrical Treatments

*THE ABOVE MODULES CAN BE STUDIED INDIVIDUALLY

2nd Year:
International Diplomas (Higher Education on NQF Level 5):
ITEC and CIBTAC Diplomas in the following:
- Body Therapy
- Aromatherapy or Sports Massage
- Reflexology 
- Calabash Massage

Optional Extra:
- Nail Technology

Optional 
3rd Year:
(The learner has to elect at least one of the following three specialisation ELIZABETH BEAUTY SCHOOL Diploma fields.)

- Diploma in Spa Therapy
- Advanced Research Diploma in 
  Health and Beauty Treatments
- Diploma in Diet and Nutrition
- Diploma in Manual Lymph Drainage Massage

Elizabeth Beauty School Diplomas:
1. Diploma in Lecturing and / or
